WINTER ACTIVITIES

The unique Noux lake upland area with over a hundred lakes and ponds, valleys and gorges offers fabulous surroundings for nature experiences and adventures.

There are lots of alternatives for activities. Duration from a few hours' activity to several days' programmes according to the client's schedule. Usually the event consists of many different activities, which makes the day very many-sided. The programme will be carried out according to the condition of the group, and participation in the activities is voluntarily. Please check our different alternatives for summer and winter season as well as some ready-made packages and information about team building education.

SNOWSHOEING
Experience the serenity of the wintry forest blanketed in snow on our snowshoe safari into the Noux wilds. You will find that this is probably one of the easiest ways of mastering a snowsport!

KICK SLED SAFARI
Master the "ancient" art of kick-sledding, where your mode of transport is not much unlike a chair attached to skis! Great fun and definitely a green alternative to snowmobiles - you being the engine!

TOUR SKATING
Tour skating is a fabulous way of moving on natural ice and enjoying the wintry scenery. Safety with proper equipment and expert guide is very important on this winter sport.

NORDIC WALK
Nordic walking with poles is efficient full-body walking workout that suites for everybody.

ATV SAFARI
Moving from one activity to another by ATV and fighting for the championship on our race track is a fun and memorable experience. ATV safari can also be combined with GPS orienteering or geocaching (treasure hunting). This will make the safari a more adventurous one.

PARASAILING
An exciting and unique way to see Noux wilderness at the height of 100 m! The flight is carried out perfectly safe with our special guides. A tandem flight is also possible.

ICE CLIMBING / ABSEIL
Get ready to conquer the ice-falls at Noux Pitkäjärvi. No previous experience necessary, only a craving for adventure!

TYROLEAN TRAVERSE
A thrilling cable slide over a gorge or a lake with harnesses on, safely secured.

NOUX SURVIVOR
Who will be the survivor/survivor team of Noux! Fun and exciting adventure competition in the Noux wilderness area. Programme duration from half a day to two days. Individually tailor-made, throughout the year. The level of difficulty according to wishes.

ALPPICURLING
"Eisstock" will be played in teams on natural ice. This game is relative to curling.

CROSSKARTING
A action-packed and safe motocross ecperience by cross-country go-carts! Please look closer here.

FRISBEEGOLF
A challenging cross-country track with 9 baskets at the Bear's Nest in Nuuksio. Fun "every mans" sport for 5-30 persons including guidance. Different game alternatives. Combine the frisbeegolf as a part of the meeting programme or recreation day. Playing outdoors in fresh air is possible throughout the year.

ROLLINGBANDY
Cheerful team game. Sticks and ball as game equipment. Can be played throughout the year.

ROTATING SLEDGE
A speedy sledge race where the soul of the team "sledge potatoe" braves G-forces while others rotate the sledge round.

ICE FISHING
A wintry ice fishing trip by kick sleds to jig perches and enjoy oneself in the spring sun.

MOUNTAIN CROSS RACING
Action-packed racing with bobsleighs and snowtubes at the ski slopes of Noux.

SNOWMAN
Day of fun wintry activities including several team building tasks by using wintry equipment.

TEAM BUILDING
The team building activities require a bit of physique, cleverness and a whole lot of humor. Community spirit will decide success. Please check also the possibility of team building education.

HIGH ROPE TRACK
The exciting high rope track for the daring offers a chance to excel yourself! The track is 6-9 m above ground level and you will be lead through it safely by our expert guides. Surprise yourself!

TARGET SHOOTING GAMES
Archery, throwing a viking axe, shooting by blowpipes, shooting by air rifle gun, paintball, petanque, "mölkkä".
