(30 km from Helsinki and from the HEL Airport, 1 km from the Finnish Nature Center Haltia)
An intriguing log cabin with cozy atmosphere is located on a cliff top overlooking the magnificent scenery of Nuuksio National Park. The landscape has a close resemblance to Lapland.
Come and enjoy a casual gathering with a group of friends, colleagues or family in an idea-rich setting. The spacious living room has long tables for 20 people, a sofa group and a large natural stone fireplace, a kitchenette, a traditional wood-heated sauna and a 7-person hydro-massaging outdoor jacuzzi with a natural stone terrace, three two person’s bedrooms and a loft in the attic for appr. 10 people.
During the summer, the outdoor terrace provides additional space for larger groups and barbecued food from our summer kitchen offers the summer's ambiance at its finest. There is also a firepit on the yard for a campfire.
Neighboring the National Park, the location is conveniently accessible directly to the wilderness and marked trails around. We organize a wide range of different guided activities throughout the year.
You can rent Karhunpesä also privately for your family or a small group of people and come to enjoy pure nature of Nuuksio! Especially weekends are popular so please check availability in time and ask for an offer: firstname.lastname@example.org.
