The shingle huts are handcrafted from ecological materials, combining centuries-old building traditions with modern craftsmanship. The exterior is covered with spruce shingles, while aspen wood has been used for the interior. More than 2,500 individual shingles have been used to build each hut.
The exterior of Reed Hut Kaisla is covered with natural reed panels that blend beautifully into the surrounding forest landscape.
