Welcome to Villa Kotkankallio, a stunning 600 m² stone and log villa in the coastal beauty of Porkkala. Located on a private, gated 1.2-hectare plot surrounded by rocky shoreline and forest, it’s the perfect destination for off-site meetings, multi-day retreats, or private events in a serene, inspiring setting.

Spacious Facilities Across 3.5 Floors

The villa spans 3.5 floors and offers a versatile layout for both work and leisure:

• Main floor:

  • A spacious main hall for up to 30 guests

  • Conference room for 24 guests

  • A cozy "armchair meeting room" for 11, with a fireplace

• Upper floors:

  • Comfortable accommodation in both wings, also suitable for group work

  • A charming tower room at the very top

• Lower level:

  • Two saunas with dressing rooms

  • Indoor pool and two jacuzzis

  • Fireplace lounge with direct access to the outdoor terrace

Outside, the rocky yard features a covered grill area with a firepit and outdoor kitchen – ideal for evening gatherings in nature.

Everything you need for a successful meeting: Data projector, flip chart and whiteboard, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa

Food & Beverage Service

Meals are prepared on-site using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our host will serve the meals at agreed times – effortlessly and professionally.

The villa is fully licensed to serve alcohol, and drinks are billed based on consumption.

Activities On-Site & Around Porkkala

On the villa’s private 1.2-hectare yard, you can enjoy classic lawn games or take part in a guided “Treasure Hunt” team-building activity with problem-solving challenges.

Depending on the season, additional activities include:

• Hiking or cycling in coastal nature

• Nordic walking or snowshoeing

• Kicksledding in winter

• Sea kayaking (launch site just 2.9 km away)

• Fishing excursions in the archipelago with a local fisherman
